Mark travels to Bordeaux, France to meet with Alain Moueix of Chateau Fonroque; a Grand Cru Classe from the Saint-Emilion Classification that practices Biodynamic farming. They talk about the Chateau and taste two vintages of Fonroque’s Grand Vin (1st wine). Unfortunately, the sound isn’t the best in this interview. The echo of the room combined with the sorter outside will make it difficult to hear some of the conversation. About half-way through the sound improves.
