Browse By

In this special episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark reviews 3 wines for Christmas. He also tests a prototype wine opener and aerator. The wines for today are the 2011 Biltmore Estates Christmas Wine. This wine was donated by the Estate for the purpose of doing a Skype interview. Unfortunately we weren’t able to connect prior to Christmas. The next wine is the 2010 Johann Josef Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese Riesling. The third wine is the 2011 Belle Glos Meiomi Pinot Noir.

He also tests the Aervine Corkscrew and Aerator. This is an innovative product that combines the functionality of a corkscrew and wine aerator. For more information about this product and how to support it, go here to the Kickstarter page.

As mentioned, Biltmore Estates wine have previously been on the show. Episode #200 with Ceci Barretto and Melissa Unsell of Vinously Speaking Wine Shop.
