He sits down with Paul the VI and Paul the VII Bonarrigo (Father and Son) to taste 6 different wines in a private room at their restaurant on site. Wines tasted in this episode are the 2011 Primitivo, 2010 Bordeaux Blend, 2010 Cabernet Franc, 2010 Zinfandel, 2009 Star of Texas Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2012 Angel Late Harvest Riesling.
