In this episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark reviews the 2015 Franz Etz Gruner along with a new product from Coravin called the Coravin Cap. It allows you to use the Coravin system with screw cap wines. These were sent to me as a sample. This is the first of a total of 4 episodes where Mark will see how the “control” wine stands up to freshly opened bottles of the same wine every 30 days or so.
