In this episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark visits Domaine Antonin Guyon in Savigny-les-Beaune. He sits down with Hombeline Guyon daughter of Dominique Guyon. Hombeline was a gracious host and showed me around the facilities. She even had me taste a great selection of wines in the cellar. Since it was pretty dark down there, and I don’t bring my lights on these kinds of trips, we went to her office for the interview. We had to make a fairly short interview as the time allotted for my visit was almost up. I appreciate all the time Hombeline gave to me for a truly educational visit. Afterwards I spent some time at the Hill of Corton where Guyon has a few vineyards. I’ve included pictures of the area in our interview.
