In this special episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark returns for another Thanksgiving Day special. Like last year, Mark bought a holiday 6-pack. However, instead of buying it from an online retailer, he chose to buy it from his favorite wine bar, Hight Street Wine Company, in San Antonio, TX. It’s located in “The Pearl” which is the old Pearl Brewery complex. You should visit it some time.
The three wines are the what you could call the “Big 3” of Thanksgiving wines – Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. First is the 2016 Tatomer Steinhugel Riesling. Second is the 2016 Vasse Felix Felius Chardonnay. And last is the 2017 Domaine Pierre et Jean-Baptiste Lebrueil Bourgogne Rouge.
