In this special episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark sits down with Seth Urbanek, Winemaker at Wedding Oak Winery while attending the Texas Hill Country Winery Symposium. First off, the audio quality isn’t the best. I had some technical issues (operator error on my part) with my equipment so the audio came from the iPhone instead of my usual portable recorder. It’s cleaned up as much as I can do. This is a really great interview about Texas wine and I hope you will still enjoy it as much as I did.
