In this special episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark made a special day trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico (a 4.5 hour drive from where he was staying at in Plains, TX) to visit one of the premier sparkling wine houses in the United States. He sits down with Michael Dominguez, Operations Director for the winery. This was a special visit as Mark got to see all facets of both their still and sparkling wine production as far as bottling was concerned.
