In this episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark does his first solo, or non-interview, spirit review. Back in January of 2020, while attending one of the San Antonio Cocktail Conference night events, a vendor gave him a sample bottle of whiskey to review at a later date. Because of his schedule, he hasn’t been able to do that review until now. It is the Barrel Craft Spirits Dovetail Whiskey. It is part of their Special Releases series of small batch whiskies.
