In this special retrospective, Mark pulls clips from some of his favorite or most memorable shows over the past 11 years. He also celebrates with one of his favorite champagnes, the NV Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvée. In addition to that, he reviews the 2019 William Chris Wanderer Relief Project Cinsault. It is a blend of 95% Cinsault and 5% Mourvedre.
This wine is a collaboration with Master Sommelier Craig Collins (Mark’s mentor) to create a Cinsault-based Texas red blend. Profits will go to Southern Smoke to support the amazing group of chefs, servers, somms, and bartenders in the Texas restaurant community to help them get back to doing what they love.
While the wine is sold out at the winery, please click the link below to see where this wine is sold within Texas to help show your support.
Mark mentions a lot of episodes and there are links below to all of them. Without the viewers, doing 11 years of 1337 Wine TV would not be possible. Please keep spreading the word of the show to those who love wine to keep the community growing. Subscribe on your platform of choice if you haven’t already.
