For this year’s Christmas Day Special I’m going all Italian wines since that’s the kind of food we eat for our Christmas meal. First up is the NV Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Edizione 44 Franciacorta. Second is the 2016 L’Olivella Racemo Bio Bianco. I finish up with the 2021 Luigi Giordano Langhe Rosso.
