Its current version is about 70 years old. Let’s explore the best known Nouveau along with what is arguably a “Natty” Nouveau. We look at the 2023 Les Vins Georges Dubœuf Beaujolais Nouveau and the 2023 Domaine de la Prébende Beaujolais Nouveau.
