Freestyle Friday – Sake Part 2 – Episode #41

Browse By

In this Freestyle Friday episode of WWTV, I take you to Japan again. We explore the national beverage Sake. This is part two of a  two-parter. Today  we go deeper into history, related beverages, the nitty gritty of production, and a lot of terms. I’ll only be tasting one sake today. It is the Higashiyama Brewery Konteki Pearls of Simplicity. This is another long one, so get comfortable.
