In this episode of Wine World TV, I’m pairing a Swiss wine with the two Gruyère cheeses I reviewed 4 weeks ago in my Gruyère Cheese AOP episode. If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check it out – link below.
This is the 5th of a 5 part series on Swiss cheese and wine. I did a 2-week deep dive series on Swiss wine, so if you’re interested in knowing more than you probably need to know, be sure to check them out. Links also below.
The wine for this week is the 2014 Cave Caloz Humagne Rouge La Mourziere – Episode #125. I’ve been waiting a while to review this wine and I’m excited the opportunity came up with the Gruyère samples I got that prompted me to do this series. While the cheese was a free sample, I did purchase this wine.
