In this special episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark visits Odette Estate and talks with winemaker Jeff Owens. Odette is one of the newest wineries in Napa Valley. They took over an existing winery in 2012 and are about to release their first wine early next year. I am one of the first people to taste this wine outside of employees of the winery. I’m not even sure if Robert Parker has tasted it! This is pretty cutting edge and I’m here to bring it to my viewers first!
Tasted in this episode are the 2012 Adaptation Chardonnay, 2012 Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2012 Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
